There's too much of the pre-loader presence in the empty Schedule block.

Steps:
1. Create a new Landing Page.
2. Add a Schedule block.
3. Don't add content items.
4. Select (click on) the empty Schedule block.
Result: Pre-loader appears.
5. Click on the Block Settings button in the action menu.
Result: Pre-loader appears, the slider moves slightly to the right but time doesn't change.
6. Click Cancel.
Result: Pre-loader appears, the slider moves slightly to the left but time doesn't change.

In case of an empty block the pre-loader in steps 4, 5 and 6 seems redundant.

Remarks: Notice that in steps 5 and 6 the whole timeline seems to move slightly (observe the '23:59' end).
Note: On version 1.4.1 the timeline movement does not occur (only on master) but the pre-loader issues do occur.
