I had a problem with http://issues.ez.no/IssueView.php?Id=10402 <http://issues.ez.no/IssueView.php?Id=10402&activeItem=10> &activeItem=10

The current select did select too many rows of data in my system. 1000 of rows. I had duplicate node returned.
The problem is that I can only see the way to fix this via an sub select. A sub select is not supported by mysql 3 AFAIK.
The good thing is if you do not use group based permissions with mysql 3 you are fine. 
Does one has a better idea? I tried joining the alias tree table but this lead to no success.

I hope this patch is valid since nothing is currently working better.
