In the admin interface it's not possible to update auto rates in the list for currencies.

Steps to reproduce

• Install a standard distribution of eZ Publish 3.9.1.
• log in to the admin interface
• Enter the currencylist in the shop (/shop/currencylist).
• Add a new currency (f.ex USD).
• Enter the "Update auto rates" button.

You'll get an error message that it's not possible to connect to the server (while the referring url do exist in a browser).
