PreViewCache=enabled
PreCacheSiteaccessArray[]

      If you have this setting, every "publishing" of a content object fails because of a fatal error.

      Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in \kernel\classes\ezcontentcachemanager.php on line 769

      Reason:
      $res is only set in the foreach loop above - and if PreCacheSiteaccessArray is empty, the foreach is never executed.
