Hi,

if you have hidden nodes and if you run the updateniceurls.php script with a siteaccess which doesn't show hidden nodes, the urls of the hidden nodes are not updated.

Reason: The "ignore visibility" parameter isn't set at the subtree and subtreecount methods.
