In when editing a class with a ISBN atttribute (/class/edit/nn) you'll get the following message if ISBN ranges is not included:

"Import newest version of the Isbn ranges
It's possible to import the data with the script:
bin/php/updateisbn13.php --file=ranges.js
Please read the documentation in the file
doc/specifications/3.10/isbn/technical_specifications.txt for how to
proceed."

We should refer to the spesification inside the application. I propose we remove this paragraph
