Running the updateniceurls.php script on a stock eZPublish 3.9.3 upgraded to 3.10.0rc1 will go into infinite loop, with cpu usage at 100%.

Importing  standard urls

The script hangs at that point. I let it go for half a hour, which seems to me a reasonable time for a stock website without any additional node apart from ezwebin demo content.

Steps to reproduce

Install ezpublish 3.9.3
Upgrade the distribution files to 3.10.0rc1
Run the mysql dbupdate scripts
Run updatenicurls.php
See it spinning at 100% cpu for an indefinite amount of time.
