Inconsistent use of ISBN (and relatives like ISBN-10 and ISBN-13)

    Description

      The use of terms like ISBN and relatives is sometimes inconsistent:

      • ISBN should be in uppercase (not: isbn)
      • ISBN-13 (not: ISBN13)
      • ISBN-10 (not: ISBN10)

      Some files where it should be checked and corrected in text strings:

      • doc/specifications/3.10/isbn/functional_requirements.txt
      • bin/php/ezconvert2isbn13.php
      • bin/php/updateisbn13.php

      Additionaly, it has to be "an ISBN number" instead of "a ISBN number"
