If I publish something with a visibility status of hidden it will still be indexed, and shown in the search results. If I later change the status to visible, it won't show up. It seems like the index update completely ignores this attribute.

If I delete my search index completely and run updatesearchindexsolr.php, it will honor the visibility flag.
