In “SearchSettings”, “AllowEmptySearch” doesn’t get enabled.
AllowEmptySearch=enabled|disabled

*In eZ Publish’s default search engine, when empty search happens, it decides to execute it or not by referring to ini settings.
*In eZ Find, it gets executed regardless the ini setting
