I made a new site.ini settings. The default setting is the current setting from ez to write all debug files to 'var/log' (enabled)

If the setting is disabled the LogDir is set to $site.ini_VarDir / $site.ini_LogDir /

[FileSettings]
# Store LogFiles globaly or by site.ini Settings
# enabled - all sitaccesses use var/log as LogDir
# disabled - the LogDir is set from site.ini /$VarDir/$LogDir
UseGlobalLogDir=enabled

I don't know if this settings is usefull. I thougt its good for backwordcompatiblity.
