In latin.tr transliteration rules, there is some german rules:

1. Some german transliteration rules
   U+00E4 = "ae"
   U+00F6 = "oe"
   U+00FC = "ue"
   U+00C4 = "Ae"
   U+00D6 = "Oe"
   U+00DC = "Ue"
   But in spanish U+00FC = "u" not "ue"
   This should depend of the language.
