i18n within template comments aren't ignored when updating or generating .ts files:

{*foobar|i18n('context')*}

expected behavior:
Should be ignored when running ezlupdate.

actual behavior:

filename:error: Found non-quoted source, skipping translation

When poking at the source of ezlupdate it seems to me that it doesn't ignore the contents between {**} in templates. I took the source from
