1. rssimport.php should first use <guid /> content and if not defined <link /> content to generated object's remote id as guid is designed for this (link can change, guid should not for a given ressource)

2. To improve performances of database index on remote_id field, the remote id should be build first with the md5sum and then with a "hardcoded" string.
