Description
Did you guys ever figure out what causes folders starting with 0 to
have a different name in the content tree?
Steps to reproduce
1. browse to admin interface of vanilla 403
2. create new folder in the content tree, specifically use a name with leading zero's, like "000243".
3. content/view the new object, and see in the left side tree container that the object name is shown with a different number. most likely the object or node ID (JKN 2 cents).

a template issue? or a fall-back in the fetch code, when the name turns out to be a number perhaps...
