There are quite a few templating errors, e.g

Unknown template variable 'elevatedObject' in namespace ''

which could be easily fixed through use of is_set().

Have attached fixes for elevate.tpl.

Steps to reproduce

1. Make sure your site has the eZ Find extension activated and debugging is turned on

2. Click on the eZ Find tab in the Administration Interface

3. Check out the errors at the bottom.
