cronjobs/linkcheck.php does not handle well URLs containing special chars.

For example testing a URL like the following :

http://example.com/employees/d7cf22asd232239012b611d9488c30d521b/COOKIE MONSTER-09.pdf

Will FAIL even when if it would be a valid URL.
