Non-technical site administrators expect to change their site title, metadata, etc from the "Design" > "Look and Feel" menu entry. However, this doesn't work for multi-lingual websites as this is a global setting and they want different values for different languages.

Workaround: edit the relevant INI settings through "Setup" > "Ini Settings". However, this is both too difficult and too dangerous for these non-technical administrators.

• • Technical description **

The "Look and Feel" menu entry edits a single, unique "Template look" object. Its "INI Setting" attributes apply (by default) to the global "override" location. It is not possible to assign translated "INI Setting" attributes to different locations than the main's.

Possible fixes:

• Generate a "template look" object per siteaccess and configure the "INI Setting" attributes accordingly.
• Make translated "INI Setting" attributes refer to different locations and generate the appropriate translations on site install.

The first suggestion is probably both the easiest to implement and the easiest to extend to other (not language-related) siteaccesses.

Steps to reproduce

• Install a new eZP 4.1 site, request support for more than one language.
• In the admin interface, browse to "Design" > "Look and Feel"
• Select any language, edit the site title and publish

-> the changes will apply globally rather than per-language (ie. per-siteaccess)
