To be able to easily link to user profile from forums/ comments / and so on.

How patch works:

1. Supports private and public profile view, public view is when there is a user id in the url ( /user/profile/<user_id> ).
2. Cached using cache-block php api with subtree node id set to main node of user object, so cache is expired when user object changes.
3. Works closely to how content/view works, including support for persistent_variable and override keys for object/ node / class / section, states.
