Runtime Boost functions seem to have been accidentally removed from the 2.1 code.

On Line 365 of ezfezpsolrquerybuilder.php, the variable $boostFunctionsParamList was replaced with $elevateParamList instead of being added to the array. As a result, boost functions are no longer passed to the SOLR engine.
