Test Environment: snapshot as of 28th of April

• When creating a folder on webin a message box appears (see attach) that seens to be a developer's message;
• Wasn’t able to ‘drag-and-drop’ folders

  Steps to reproduce

  Setup
  
     1. log in as admin in webin
     2. Create new folder "Getting started"
     3. Click on "Getting started" in top menu
     4. Create 3 subfolders below it : subA, subB and subC
     5. Verify that order in left menu is: subA, subB, subC
  
  Variation 1. Put an menu item first in the menu
  
     1. Click "Sorting" icon in webin toolbar
     2. Set sorting to "Priority"
     3. Move subB before subA
