When clearing cache items, some cache items are local and must be cleared on each cluster node (e.g. ini) while others are global, clear once = clear everywhere (e.g. content).

This should be documented, on doc.ez.no, in /setup/cache, and in bin/php/ezcache.php, so that users know what to clear where.
