1.Enter eZPublish admin ad admin
2. Click on User accounts top menu
3. Click on the Editors Group link
4. Create an user with the following data:

First Name: User1
Last Name: test
username: TestUser1
password: testuser1
email: test@test.pt

5. Click the send for publish

Create a new role to access “Setup” top menu 

1. Click on “user accounts” top menu
2. Click on “Roles and policies” link on left menu
3. Click on the Editor role
4. Press Edit
5. Click on “New policy” button
6. Select Module: Setup
7. Press Grant Access to All Functions
8. Press Save
9. Logout
