      This new section [AttributeOperator] may have been placed non intentionally in the middle of the [SimpleTagsOperator] section.

The result is that the IncludeList[] and TagList[] are "moved" to [AttributeOperator] section 
which lead to errors in the initializeIncludes() and modify() functions from the eZSimpleTagsOperator() class 
that are attempting to parse the IncludeList[] and TagList[].
