Currently http://<yousite>/rss/list is only useful for the purpose of managing rss / feeds

By design, it is not possible to give anonymous users access to rss/list (without allowing unauthenticated users to create new exports and imports as well).

Ideally, rss / list policy would be available for policy enabling and a simple page with the list of available rss feeds would exist.

Implementing this is not totally linear, given that (currently) there is no way to limit user's access to specific feeds. Users either have permissions to subscribe to all existing feeds or have no privileges to subscribe at all.
