Default stash settings seems to be wrong, should use BlackHole

      Hi

      After completing the setup wizard and installed ezflow, this is the settings in ezpublish.yml

      stash:
    caches:
        default:
            handlers:
                - Apc
            inMemory: false
            registerDoctrineAdapter: false
            Apc:
                ttl: 500
                namespace: updatedatafiles

      According to https://confluence.ez.no/display/EZP/Persistence+cache, the default config should be
      BlackHole, inMemory:true ?
