bin/php/*.php scripts might now be included/required by ezpublish/console, as a result of that, the autoload.php should be processed only once.

Currently, when using a command like:

php ezpublish/console ezpublish:legacy:script bin/php/ezcache.php --clear-all --purge

The autoload.php script is included twice.
