fatal errors after 5.1.0-rc1 install on windows

    Description

      stack: windows 7 64bit, php 5.3.24, apache 2.2.4 - about a hundred ez installs work on this rig

      steps: go through setup wizard. forget the console/dump commands before setup, execute them after setup

      setup works fine

      open homepage: all fine

      open backoffice: same

      open any link (to content) on homepage: TwigBundle:Exception:error500.html.twig
