Sometimes it can be important to not index the owner of an object for security reasons for example when the owner is not a public person. Normally an object which wants to index a related person can use a seperate attribute such as a author attribute for it. Anyway. To not break any compatibilities and to keep it flexible I created a little improvement (see the attached patch) which can be controlled via ezfind ini. Default variable can be disabled then the owner will still be indexed automatically. And for people like me who dont want the owner to be indexed can just set it to enabled and reindex solr. We had to use this patch for 2 customers already.
