usecsae: avoid getting in the recommendation list items already shown on the page.
This is doable by eZP filtering the results gotten from the reco engine, but it forces to ask for more recommendations than needed (and even then, there is no certainty about how many actually have to be requested).
It would be nicer if the code could specify a list of item ids to exclude from the recommendation, on every reco call
