Description
As a site administrator I would like to be able to manage other user's notification settings. Every time I create a set of new users, I either need to login with each of their accounts, individually, and setup the notifications according to my company's specification or I need to go over to them and explain how to set this up themselves. This task is time consuming. If it were possible for me to manage these settings, directly from /users/.../<user account> view, it would be much easier.
This enhancement idea had already been suggested and not developed in the past, (EZP-9842), but since so much as changed in the meantime, I wonder if such improvement could be taken into consideration for the near future.
