There is no page for configuring Content Staging for version 5.3

For instance, following the steps to make an installation with Content Staging following the procedures at:

Issue 3:
The 'point 4' on "Target Server" part, there is a minor typo:
replace:

[Authentication]
AuthentitacionStyle=ezpRestBasicAuthStyle

with:

[Authentication]
AuthenticacionStyle=ezpRestBasicAuthStyle

Issue4:
In "Clear Cache" subsection, the generic command:

php bin/php/ezcache.php --ini --template

is wrong, replace with:

php bin/php/ezcache.php --clear-all --purge

or with those, specifically:

php bin/php/ezcache.php  --clear-tag=ini
php bin/php/ezcache.php  --clear-tag=template
