For reasons evocated in this pr, the solr integration test job has been failing on ezpublish-kernel.

The installation of the solr package fails, presumably because composer is unable to resolve the kernel's version (self.version).

It needs to be fixed. In the meanwhile, this job should be allowed on the 6.1 branch (with merge to master & revert of the change in the merge commit).
