To reuse YUI based components, we need to have an app mocking the eZ.PlatformUIApp. For performances reasons, this app should be minimal and have the minimum sets of dependencies.

This app should expose the renderView and renderSideView methods as well as the public methods and behaviors of eZ.PlatformUIApp so that we can reuse as much existing code as possible.
