Some content view tabs contain one or several forms. When submitting those forms, the corresponding action should only update that tab, ie the user should stay in the tab. Also some tabs will generate some paginated list and more generally some links inside tab could be seen as a local to the tab navigation.

For that, the custom element produced in EZP-27569 should be changed to have the following behavior:

• it will listen for form submit
• it will listen for click on links having the class `ez-js-local-navigation` or descendant of an element having this class and transform it

and in those 2 cases, it will do the corresponding AJAX request and update the tab with the result
