When I try to use the multiupload on a file which is bigger than the authorized file size, the file is put in the list, the upload doesn't start, but no indication is given to me, so if I don't read about the max-size, I am just waiting for the upload to start, and it will never start...

We should display a message to the user when the file is exceeding the limit.
