You cannot add option to new ezselection field. Nothing happens after clicking Add an option.

Steps:

1. Go to Admin > Content Types > Content
2. Click Create a Content Type
3. Fill Identifier field
4. Select Selection from field select list
5. Click Add field definition
6. Click Add an option

Actual result:

Nothing happens.

Expected result:

Fields for defining new option should appear.
