User is unable to publish form with file

    Description

      Preconditions: Existing content type with textline and file (both required) and image, media (not required). Max file size: 1 MB.
      Steps:
      1. Go to Create mode with content type from preconditions
      2. Drag'n'drop a file, fill the textline
      3. Click Publish - nothing happens, console shows: Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'length' of null
