Bugs related to fields ezdatetime, ezdate and eztime. They're mainly common so i decided to group it in one ticket.

• I can't find content item by value of field that has "Searchable" attribute
• Required validation does not make field filling coloured by red like in specification
• Time format in ezdatetime different in edit mode in picker (24h), in field value (12h) and in view mode in Content tab (24h)
• Value of ezdatetime contains seconds even if field hasn't "Use seconds" attribute (however only in edit view) (no such problem in eztime)
• Time picker in ezdatetime and eztime is set to modulus 24 from value typed with keyboard - shoudn't it be just capped at 24 or 23? Same in minutes and seconds. Actually i don't know if it's specified but it's confusing when You type "50" and hour is set to "2".
• Increasing minutes by scrolling increasing also hours when we scroll more than 60 minutes, but increasing seconds don't increase minutes.
