1. Create Content type with ezauthor, not required
2. Go to creating content item with content type from previous step
3. Add three authors and fill the fields

For example:
a a@a.aa
b b@b.bb
c c@c.cc

4. Click publish
5. Click edit - Trash buttons of the author fields are inactive and it is impossible to remove an author
