Steps:

1. Go to Content/Content structure
2. Drag and drop to sub-item list a file with file size not allowed
3. MFU modal is shown, close it
4. Repeat step 2

Actual result:

There is no MFU modal and the file is downloaded. See attachment, please.

Expected result:

MFU modal appears and error message is shown.
