There is no easy way to enable new buttons in Online Editor toolbars. Right now you have 2 options:
1. Override base-rich-text.js (https://www.contextualcode.com/Blog/Extending-eZ-Platform-Online-Editor).
2. Override and modify toolbar javascript source.

It should be possible to specify custom buttons per each toolbar via configuration parameters.
