While migrating a set of blocks from v1.x, we didn't have any thumbnail, and didn't set the configuration key at all. The system was loading, but we got an error when loading the blocks through the BlockDefinitionFactory.

The thumbnail directive should either be mandatory, or silently ignored if it is not.
