When doing an upgrade check, I get the warning "It is not safe to upgrade without checking the modifications done to the following files: settings/siteaccess/admin/site.ini.append.php"

It could be an error in the MD5 file list, or the setup wizard has changed the file while it shouldn't.

Please change the affected versions to 3.9.0RC1, it was not in the list yet when writing this report.
