Description

some pages have a Table of Contents with anchor tags for content below. However, the anchor link does not exist.

Steps to reproduce

ex:
index.php/eng/knowledge_base (Knowledge Base):

FAQ are linking to #eztoc513_1 but the anchor tag does not exist on the page.
