Setupwizards creates the following configuration in /settings/override/site.ini.append.php

[EmbedViewModeSettings]
AvailableViewModes[]
AvailableViewModes[]=embed
AvailableViewModes[]=embed-inline
InlineViewModes[]
InlineViewModes[]=embed-inline

As I have written in a OE bugreport, this might not be the correct place for such settings.. If this is changed on OE, eZ publish must also be updated (at the time of writing I am not sure if it is the setup wizard or the ezwebin package which needs to be updated though...)
