1. Create a new article containing the following code in the article body:

  <li>list item 1</li>
  <li>list item 2</li>
  <li>list item 3</li>
  <li>list item 4</li>
</ul>
post-text

2. Select "Export OpenOffice.org" using the context menu and open the generated OOo file. The result will look like this:

 * list item 1
 * list item 2
 * list item 3
 * list item 4
pre-textpost-text

The same problem exists for ordered lists.
