• Clean installation of Commerce
• Add several products with different prices e.g. 11.99, 10, 2.27, 10.01, 0.01

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to frontend site.
2. Go to product-catalog.
3. Start sorting products by price - select an option "0-10" and observe sorted products.
4. Change sorting products by price to - select an option "0-20" and observe sorted products.

• Incorrect sorting products by product price range "0-10".
• Product with price 10 is not included in result of sorting products by price range "0-10".

Expected result:

Product with price 10 is included in sorting products by price for "0-10" and "10-20".
