Error when user with Product Type/View policy enter Product Type list

    Description

      Precondition: Some Product Types are added to the systems.

      Steps:

      1. Create user with Product Type/View policy.
      2. Log in.
      3. Go to Product catalog/Product Types.

      Result: 500 error, 

      Variable "no_product_types" does not exist
