Root cause of this issue is recent change to doctrine/annotations 1.10 recipe: https://github.com/symfony/recipes/commit/803a504010c78ecec00fdfc8fb1f0ad138ccfeb3
It introduces conflict section which I assume is not supported by our Flex server.
